Personal data (“data”) is processed only to the extent necessary to provide a functional, secure and user-friendly website, including its contents and services.
Per Art. 4(1) GDPR, “processing” means any operation performed on personal data (e.g. collection, storage, use, disclosure, erasure), automated or not.

Rights of Users and Data Subjects

Where we have disclosed data to recipients, we will inform them of rectification, erasure or restriction unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
Server Logs
For technical security and stability, the following information may be logged by the hosting provider: browser type/version, OS, referrer URL, visited pages, date/time of access, and IP address. Data is stored temporarily and not combined with other data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). Logs are deleted within seven days unless required as evidence.
Cookies
a) Session Cookies
Session cookies may be used to provide language display or other essential functions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where needed for contractual steps; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. They are deleted when the browser is closed.
b) Third-Party Cookies
If third-party services are used for analytics, advertising or feature improvement, those providers may set cookies. Details of such services (type, purpose, legal basis) will be listed here if/when used.
c) Disabling Cookies
You can disable or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note: some features may not function fully without cookies.
Contact
If you contact us by email or form, the data you provide will be processed to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It will be deleted once the request has been fully resolved and no legal obligations require further storage.
